ANNUAL MEETING | Registration - Open!


Full conference registration includes access to all program content and social events (excluding invite-only events), as well as the following meals: the Welcome Social on Sunday evening; Continental Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday; Lunch on Monday; Poster Session Social on Monday evening; and the Banquet Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening.  

Registration fees are based on membership status and career stage.  Participants may save on registration by:
  1. Being (or becoming) a member of IALE–North America. When you set up or renew your membership, you will receive a discount code in your confirmation email that you will use during conference registration to reduce the registration fee by 15%.
  2. Signing up early to participate (by March 29).
  3. Staying at the host hotels in Athens, GA. ​Conference organizers have set up room blocks at three nearby hotels at lower negotiated prices that you can take advantage of by reserving your room before April 3rd (or whenever the block fills). Please note: if you live locally and will be commuting to the conference each day, you can select the "staying at host hotel" rate.”
In addition, we offer discounted registration for participants travelling from countries classified as low-income to upper-middle income economies (based on World Bank country income levels), including countries affiliated with IALE–North America outside the United States and Canada (i.e., Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by April 13, 2026 will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. No cancellations received after April 13, 2026 will be refunded but substitutions will be allowed. To request a refund, call 802-865-5202 or email [email protected].

COVID Guidelines 

​At this time, IALE–North America is not planning to implement any Covid-related requirements at the annual conference. Masks will be optional but encouraged throughout the event. We expect that all event participants will be respectful of each other’s choices to wear or not wear a mask at the conference. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the conference registration desk. 

We do ask that if you experience COVID symptoms prior to the start of the conference, that you not attend. If you develop COVID symptoms while you are at the conference, please remove yourself from the event spaces. We will have a limited number of COVID tests available at the conference registration desk. 

IALE–North America will continue to monitor statewide and local COVID transmission rates and requirements and will modify this guidance if needed.
