High Income Country* - Professional/Postdoc	$85
High Income Country* - Student	$40
Upper Middle Income Country* - Professional/Postdoc	$45
Upper Middle Income Country* - Student	$30
Lower Middle/Low Income Country* - Professional/Postdoc	$15
Lower Middle/Low Income Country* - Student	$10
