Deadline to Submit has passed: Monday, January 12, 2025, 11:59 PM ET
The submission form will ask you to indicate which of the following Presentation Types applies to your submission:
*An Organized Symposium is a series of oral presentations that address aspects of a single topic or theme; some symposia are invite-only, and some are open to anyone submitting an oral presentation abstract. Please review the descriptions of the symposia here if you are considering submitting your presentation for inclusion in one.
The submission form will also prompt you to provide the following details:
Deadline & Notification:
Notifications of acceptance will be sent to the Primary/Presenting Author by late December. Details about placement in the schedule will be sent in January.
Please submit an abstract ONLY if you plan to attend the conference. Presenting authors must be registered and pay applicable registration fees for the conference on the day of their scheduled presentation. Learn about available student travel awards here.

- Oral Presentation (General Contributed) that will be grouped into a Track by the Program Committee.
- Oral Presentation that is part of an Organized Symposium*.
- Poster Presentation that is printed and can be up to 44"x44".
- Digital Apps and Visualizations
